Alterhuman Identity!

November 15th, 2023:

Discovering my kintypes has been a definite journey. For years I went through numerous phases and tried on many labels where I thought I was something, but in the end I truly wasn't, mostly due to my characteristic impatience, overthinking and indecision. Recently however I finally landed on a self-definition that felt and still feels ultimately correct: feline cladotherian and eastern dragon (I also have two other things: a vaporeon pokemon otherlink, and a "healer-witch" archetrope thanks to discoveries made after listening to a certain 2023 Othercon panel on YouTube, but much like my kintypes once were, it's being unraveled gradually). The dragon is a shape-shifting water spirit, which checks a heck of a lot of my boxes in one go. Vaporeon went from a prominent polymorphic form (I previously identified as a polymorph) to an otherlink because I'm unsure where on the spectrum it exactly falls now anymore. My newfound draconity has the wateriness down pat, and it feels right for it. It also feels fitting for the vaporeon. There's no reason why I can't be both, I suppose, it's just me being anal about having possibly having two kintypes that are so similar in a way. There's also no reason why the dragon cannot simply shape-shift into a vaporeon? But one is an earthly mythical creature while the other is a fictional animal from an alternate reality. It doesn't seem likely that my dragonself would transform into one?

Here I go again, being picky.
